 I. Skill Change
 
A. Applied Value for Basic Skill Changed
 
1. Outlet Pass Increased
Application : Keeping range increase in Outlet Pass

Intention :
It seemed that there was a lot of obstacles to big man play 
such as secondary rebound and rebounding block due to the increase in
the stats. Therefore, we’ve increased the risk of secondary rebound 
through keeping, which will interrupt the movement when succeed rebounding
through obstacles. 
 
2. Hand to Hand Pass Increased
Application : Hand to Hand Pass Distance Increased

Intention :
Hand to Hand Pass is the only pass skill for the CT position. 
Through the skill, we intended to make offense team induce various tactics 
and mismatches and defense team to create cooperative defense. However, 
it seemed unpractical so we’ve increased the distance of Hand to Hand Pass.
 
Afterward : To find the best fit for Control Tower, we’ll constantly have a change.
The goal is to create a CT that is very helpful in tactics instead of CT divided 
into rebound CT / isolation CT. 
 
3. Fall Prevention during Drive Decreased
Application : Endurance Consumption value of Fall Prevention
during drive increased

Intention :
It is a skill that can easily get out of the pivot state after collision 
with SW position. However, it seemed unfair to perpetrate without
debuff at the view point of defense players after this skill is used.
Therefore, we’ve increased endurance consumption value. 
 
4. Drift Pass
Application : Endurance Consumption value of Drift Pass Increased

Intention :
Decided to increase endurance consumption value due to
the fact that the frequent exploitation without debuff seemed unfair
at the view point of defense players after frequent fake shots. 

B. Applied Value for Attribute Skill Changed 
Intention : We’ll continue to change and modify the attribute skills.
 
1. L-cut Increase
Application : L-cut speed increased 
 
2. Crazy Step Decrease
Application : Resistance value of Crazy Step increased
 
3. Face-up Dash Increase
Application : Endurance consumption value of Face-up Dash reduced
II. Skill Change

1. Skill Level Changed
Application : Change in Skill Acquisition level of all position
 
Intention: We’ve changed the skill level acquisition range so that
user can acquire and practice the most basic skills from Lv.1~23.
In addition, the goal is to replace the most basic skills at Lv.2 so
that user can practice a lot with the most basic skills. 


2. Skill Passive Decreased
Application : Passive level Change & changed Attribute
Stat from 48 to 36 
(Middle-shot Focus, Enhanced Middle Shot, 3pt Shot Focus,
Enhanced 3pt Shot, Layup shot Focus, Enhanced Steal,
Enhanced Diving Catch, Enhanced Intercept)
 
Intention: Passive seemed too powerful so had an adjustment.
For missing parts of passive,  we’re planning to make a
new attribute content to acquire them back.  
 
3. Skill Active Decreased
Application : Manual Block 1 level lowered ( C, PF, CT, SW )
/ Long Range 1 level lowered (SG) 

Intention : To lower Big Man’s Strong Support Defense (Block),
we’ve lowered 1 level of Manual Block skill. Also lowered the
Long Range Skill of SG position by 1 due to the fact that
it seemed to be too high 
 
4. Skill Purchase Point Changed
Application : Decreased Skill Point Price for Lv.1~23
and Increase Skill Point Price for Lv.24 or up
 
Intention  : Guided to use various underlying skills at low level
sections 
     
5. Basic Skill Change 
Application


Intention : The box-out is changed to the basic skill, which is called
to be the basic skill of the big man, and the skill which is called to
be too great advantage for the basic skill has been changed to
the purchasing skill. 
 
6 Removal & Addition of some skills
Application:
1)Removed Enhanced 3pt Shot Skill of C, PF, CT
2)Added SF, SG, SW Pass during Drive
3)Removed SF Box out swim move
4)Added PG 3pt shot concentration 
5)Removed SG Drift Shot
 
Intention : Bigman’s powerful 3pt isol has been tightened
and the scorer’s pass has been enhanced. Also, removed
skills will be sent through a later attribute reformation. 
 
III. Freestyle Change

1. Overall Intention: 
- Previous use of Freestyle was somewhat forced, so we’ve
added ‘None’ button tomake it more flexible to use.
Therefore, we’ve changed the difficulty level for the
accomplishments. 
 
- Less used Freestyles will continue to be changed and upgraded. 
 
- In order to resolve the problem that ‘None’ button was used
for Shot Fake purpose instead of using for Freestyle, we’ve
changed the condition of Freestyle Shot.
 
2. Condition Count Changed
Application : 1 Lv Freestyle Condition Count changed from 4 to 5.

3. Change in some Freestyle Condition
Application : Changed ‘Shot Attempt’ condition to
Shot Success’ condition. 

Condition changed to some Freestyle Assists.
 
4. Freestyle Shot Trigger Condition Changed
Application : Freestyle Shot will be consumed if shoot fake
 
5. Freestyle None Button Added
Application : Freestyle None Button added 
 
IV. Special Training
1. Removal of Special Training
Application : Removal of Special Training
 
Intention : Removing Special Training, we’re preparing to utilize 
various attribute skills. Compensation will be based on the
cumulative earning pin of the character in the account. 

V.  Preview of January Balance Patch 
1. Additional Skill Slot for Free
- 1 Additional Skill Slot will be available for Level 1 for free.
 
2. Skill Decrease
- Possible decrease in Hook Shot and Spin Move Layup values.
