[Temporary] Solution for Game Crash

Greetings Ballers,
 
As we track the current ‘crash’ issue, we’ve found out a solution to the issue.

Please follow these steps:
 
1. Download this file (test.bat) (This file will auto deletes all unnecessary dll files)
[Download Link]
 
2. Paste test.bat on your FS2 Game Folder
 
3. Open your FS2 Launcher. Let your game client finish its patch but
Please do not press "Start" button yet.
 
4. Run test.bat application on your game folder
 
5. Press Start button (only if you already have run “test” file)
 
If it resolves the crash issue, we’ll going to add this file to our upcoming
patch on 11/15.
 
**If you are going to re-launch the game, Please do steps 3-5 again.
 
However, if game crash still persists, please send us an email at
steam_support@gamekiss.com with the following information:
 
1. Screenshot of the error you are encountering before the game crashes:
 
2. Estimated time and date that the issue occurred:
 
3. Character Name:
 
4. Location:
 
5. Operating System:
 
6. Screenshot of your system information 
(To start the diagnostic, click on Start \ Run and type in “dxdiag” and click OK.)
