It has come to our attention that some ballers are having issue with the
Prism++ Card. They are encountering "Error 1" alert message and
their Prism Card ++ items disappeared.  We will be fixing this bug during
the server maintenance this week and we will be sending the amount of
missing Prism Card ++ items directly to your character's mail box.
