have placed the title in your Gift Box today. 
 

Check the following:

 

1. Check out your Gift box.
(If you can’t find one, re-login and scroll down till the end of gift box list.)

 

2. Please claim it from the character select screen.

**If you claim it from the channel lobby, the title will be shown as only
[under 1hrs left] till it expires. If you claimed it from the channel lobby
simply re-login to FS2 to fix the issue.
