We have confirmed that the Character Height Changer item is not working
as intended in which some users are getting error message upon confirming
their desired Character Height.

As of 10/15/2020 20:00 PDT, we have updated the game client to fix the issue.

Kindly log out from the game and make sure to update the launcher to download
thenecessary resources regarding the  issue.
