We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience the users had experienced from the slow motion issue,which started to occur from our June Patch. During our 24th July Patch we have implemented a fix to the slow motion issue. And monitored for a week, and would like to conclude that the occurrence of the corresponding slow motion issue has mitigated.However, if a user has unstable internet connection for a certain length of time, the slow motion will still activate.Therefore we recommend our users to play in a good network environment to avoid slow motion issues.

 

A small compensation will be sent on our next weekly maintenance, which is scheduled on August 6, 2019 at 23:00 PDT.
